Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: Checks or Direct Deposits are issued at the beginning of each month.
Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: Tenants pay rent via direct deposit through our Tenant Portal. If a tenant is late on payment, they get notified by email that their account is in arrears, and that a late fee has been applied.
Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: Most leases are 1-year. We as many as two-years for a lease, or shorter than 1-year, depending on the owners requirements.
Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: We generally require 1-months rent as a security deposit.
Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: We can start managing your property right away! As soon as we complete the paperwork, we're very happy to take on all the responsibilities of making sure your investment is a prosperous one.
Q: What type of properties do you manage?
A: We manage anything from single-family houses, to large apartment complexes, to retail and office buildings. We have teams with in-depth knowledge of the local area to do a top-notch job in management.
Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: You're able to log into your owner portal and pull extensive reports such as Income Statements, Balance Sheets, General Ledger, Cash Flow Statements and more!
